      Shift: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday's for event purposes

We’re currently seeking a dynamic HR Services Administrator to join our Human Resources team and support the full scope of HR operations to ensure a smooth and compliant work environment for all employees.

      Position Summary:

      The HR Services Administrator plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and serving as a reliable point of contact for employee needs. This role requires a detail-oriented and service-minded professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide front-line HR support to employees and supervisors regarding policies, procedures, and general HR inquiries.
      • Manage HR documentation including onboarding, benefits enrollment, personnel files, and employment verifications.
      • Process employee changes in HRIS systems (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc.).
      • Track attendance and support enforcement of the attendance and discipline policy.
      • Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with company and legal standards.
      • Support new hire orientation and assist with onboarding processes.
      • Coordinate logistics for trainings, employee engagement events, and other HR initiatives.
      • Assist with investigations, audits, and reporting as needed.
      • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team.

      Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma/GED
      • 1–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferred.
      • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
      • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
      • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, preferred.
      • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
