      Recently, Hologic announced that our Newark, Delaware site will become the innovation hub for the Breast & Skeletal Health (BSH) Division. Manufacturing operations, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and research & development will all be based out of this location.

      You will:

      • Support organizational growth and change initiatives for workforce planning, engagement, and strengths.
      • Be an embedded part of the business through tier meetings. Make a positive impact on the business and employees by being a visible part of the business.
      • Coach and develop managers to strengthen employee performance and engagement.
      • Lead and create innovative solutions for HR onboarding to optimize employee experience.
      • Provide support and advice to questions and issues from employees at all levels.
      • Implement HR programs such as talent and performance reviews, compensation planning, and corporate training programs.
      • Manage employee life-cycle activities including promotions, job changes, transfers, off-boarding.
      • Stay up to date on local employment law changes and trends and maintain all necessary recordkeeping in compliance with state and federal requirements.
      • Assist with employee relations issues by gathering the necessary information, communicating findings, exercising sound judgment in accordance with policy/law, and make recommendations for issue resolution.
      • Leverage the processes and tools from the Center of Excellence HR functions (total rewards, talent and performance, talent acquisition).
      • Partner closely with HRBPs across the organization.

      What We Expect:

      • At least 4 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing employee relations and advising leaders on how to effectively navigate employee performance, development, and other department challenges/opportunities.
      • Generalist experience supporting manufacturing and/or site operations.
      • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems.
      • Ability to use technology and tools to increase business impact and work effectiveness.
      • Excellent communicator with employees at all levels, positive change leader.
      • Excels at project management.
      • Ability to build positive relationships while navigating change and multiple priorities.
      • High energy, fast-paced sense of urgency to anticipate business needs.
      • HR technical/functional knowledge with a view towards continuous improvement and scalable processes.
      • Attention to detail.

      The annualized base salary range for this role is $78,800- $123,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
