      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter and manage employee payroll and demographic information in the HRIS system
      - Review payroll processing for accuracy and troubleshoot issues in Tyler Munis software
      - Coordinate New Employee Orientation and assist with various employee programs
      - Compile reports and statistical data for performance measures
      - Support all functional areas of the Human Resources department and maintain confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration, or a related field, with one year of administrative experience; or
      - Associate degree in human resources, public administration, or a related field with two years of administrative experience; or
      - Three years of human resources administrative experience; or
      - Any combination of education, training, or experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher software
      - Experience with highly detailed data entry and HR change processing
      - Strong experience in Excel and reporting
      - Coordination experience for training and employee programs
      - Enjoyment of research, data analysis, and problem-solving
