      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for the HR Business Service Center
      - Partner with other HR departments to identify best practices and resolve throughput issues
      - Analyze data related to HR Shared Services to report on trends and areas for improvement
      - Provide prompt and accurate assistance to internal customers regarding their inquiries and concerns
      - Evaluate HR programs and recommend strategic changes in alignment with organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of related experience
      - Experience in PeopleSoft HCM version 8.8 or higher
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-resolution skills
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Benefits (Retirement and Insurance)
      - Familiarity with records management practices
      - Proficiency in MS Excel
      - Previous coaching or mentoring experience in a professional setting
