What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage RFI/RFP responses for large and complex opportunities within the Americas region
- Develop innovative end-to-end people solution designs to support business goals
- Establish strong customer engagement and lead client-facing interactions
- Conduct due diligence and risk analysis related to people implications and legal negotiations
- Create HR-related financial impact analyses based on headcount solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of rebadge outsourcing or applicable HR transition experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with all organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading or participating in outsourcing deals with people impact
- Understanding of employment law and negotiation skills
- Extensive experience in employee engagement, HR transformation, and implementation
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
