What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute Quality Assurance plans
- Design and execute test cases
- Conduct UAT and get the UAT signoff
- Prepare test result report and give a walkthrough to project stakeholders
- Work closely with HR and payroll professionals to gather test requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA
- Proven positive results on large-sized projects
- Familiarity with best practices in software QA
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday experience a plus
