What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage service requests for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposits products to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Resolve complex customer issues by leveraging expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and train colleagues to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service delivery
- Deliver virtual training sessions for clients, creating tailored materials for effective product adoption
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and third-party vendors to identify and resolve technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a call center environment
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management and other non-lending products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification or the ability to obtain it within 2 years
