What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, lasting approximately 45 minutes each
- Review medication and medical history, perform physical evaluations, and conduct additional diagnostic tests as ordered
- Engage with patients to answer health-related questions and provide education on health management
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed for patient visits
- Conduct virtual visits when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification is required
- Ability to cover primary locations including Augusta, ME
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
- Experience in conducting health evaluations is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses are preferred
- Previous experience in home health evaluations or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical workflow tools
- Commitment to improving health outcomes in communities
