      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding company values and delivering superior customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possess sales experience
      - Active state real estate license (if required in the state of residence)
      - Must reside in a state where the employer has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA)
      - Basic technical abilities to navigate various software programs
      - Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

      - Experience in the timeshare or hospitality industry
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
