What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners with inquiries related to product information, service, and sales
- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and provide minor concessions as needed
- Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log complaints and resolutions
- Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
- Adhere to safety policies to ensure a safe work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to follow through to resolve customer issues
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace
