      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and manage outbound follow-up to provide exceptional customer service
      - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for key strategic products such as Voice, High-Speed Data, and TV
      - Maintain and grow the existing customer base by addressing inquiries and reselling services
      - Stay updated on promotions, products, and technology to effectively meet sales goals
      - Participate in special projects as assigned by the supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role
      - At least 2 years’ experience using a PC with various software applications
      - Ability to meet TDS attendance guidelines to support business needs
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks for 6+ months
      - Strong negotiation, selling, and closing skills to retain customers requesting disconnection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in retail, inbound call centers, or similar sales environments
      - Familiarity with telecommunication products and services
      - Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
      - Problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and competitive issues
      - Ability to work overtime with advance notice and shifts ending at 8:00 p.m. CST
