What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell insurance products to new and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls to clients
- Close new accounts by interacting with customers primarily via telephone or email
- Generate revenue for the company through consultative sales support
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance for your assigned shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience is a plus
- Call center experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear phone voice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Proficient with technology, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Self-motivated team player, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
