      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-impact enterprise customers throughout their journey
      - Gather customer feedback and represent their needs within the organization to enhance products
      - Ensure customer satisfaction and accountability for the value derived from products
      - Collaborate effectively with various internal departments including Support, Marketing, and Product Management
      - Identify and support opportunities for customer renewals and upsells while enhancing their product adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a B2B organization
      - Proven experience managing large, complex customers in IT/OT environments
      - Strong ability to translate technical details into business strategies for executive stakeholders
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in-person
      - Ability to travel up to 25% and bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
