      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contact a minimum of 100% of inactive customers each month to achieve sales and gross profit goals using consultative sales techniques
      - Utilize technology and tools for remote work, team meetings, and management communications
      - Collaborate with support departments to assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, returns, and account balances
      - Maintain updated customer records, including key contacts and communication information
      - Attend vendor training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in cold calling or inside sales
      - Strong selling, customer service, and negotiation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to learn applicable computer systems
      - Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage a high volume of calls
      - Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a remote work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Experience in the dental or healthcare industry
