What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and close sales opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Actively pursue inbound and outbound leads to generate new business among residential solar installers
- Set up virtual training meetings for installers to enhance product knowledge
- Manage and grow sales opportunities within your territory on a quarterly basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and field sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong dedication to personal and professional growth
- Proven ability to manage both new client acquisition and existing client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a distinct customer service focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in past roles
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and convey product benefits effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools to enhance productivity
