Description
As a Follow-Up Specialist at CR of Maryland, you will play a critical role in converting off-market leads into closed deals. You will be responsible for initiating cold calls, nurturing warm leads through systematic follow-up, and delivering top-notch customer service to sellers.
Your goal is to build rapport, maintain engagement, and support our wholesale real estate pipeline from first contact through assignment or purchase. Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
• Make 75-100 outbound calls per day to potential sellers from targeted lead lists
• Qualify leads by identifying motivation, timeline, and property condition
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
• Develop and execute multi-touch follow-up sequences via phone, email, and text
• Track, schedule, and log every touchpoint in the CRM to ensure timely outreach
• Re-engage dormant leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of warm prospects
Customer Service & Relationship Management
• Answer inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate, empathetic support to sellers' questions about the process, timelines, and offers
• Coordinate appointments between sellers and the acquisition team or contractors
CRM Management & Reporting
• Keep lead records up to date in CRM, including notes, next steps, and status changes
• Produce daily/weekly reports on call volume, lead conversion rates, and pipeline health
• Identify patterns and recommend improvements to scripts, cadences, and messaging
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with Acquisitions, Marketing, and Dispositions teams to ensure seamless hand-offs
• Share feedback on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and follow-up scripts
• Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and customer service skills
Qualifications
• CRM System Experience Required
• Microsoft Office experience is required
• +1 year of real estate sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferredAbout the company
