Description
Integrion Automation is focused on growing our position in the manufacturing automation industry by bringing world class automation solutions to our clients on time and on budget.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Applications, the Inside Sales & CRM Lead position will be responsible for managing outbound lead generation campaigns, support our Business Development Managers in their outreach efforts, and ensure CRM data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Inside Sales
• Work with the Director of Sales and Applications and Business Development Managers to develop outreach campaigns
• Target account research
• Utilize contact data verification and enrichment tools to create outreach contact lists
• Create outreach messaging
• Setup and manage email sequence campaigns
• Support Business Development Manager in their targeted outreach by compiling contact data
• Communicate Integrion value proposition to clients though presentations.
• Develop an understanding of client needs through consultative selling approach.
• Opportunity qualification
CRM Management
• Working with Business Development Managers to audit and maintain data integrity
• Assist in Dashboard creation and modifications
• Assist with CRM data integrations as required
• Maintain and report on lead generation metrics
Qualifications:
• An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• CRM management experience (Hubspot preferred)
• Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo , LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred)
• Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong preference to candidates with experience in manufacturing automation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
