What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls and email outreach
- Follow up on inbound quote requests and manage the sales pipeline
- Provide consultative support by listening to customer needs and offering solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and offerings to represent the company effectively
- Own the entire sales process, ensuring timely communication and order management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal judgment
- Previous experience in inside B2B sales preferred; CRM experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a first responder or military background
- Strong listening and suggestive selling skills
- Good mathematical aptitude for preparing quotes and shipping calculations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Positive and courteous communication presence
