      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting to meet sales goals
      - Build and maintain value-added relationships with prospects and develop new client accounts
      - Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and efficiently move prospects through the sales process
      - Assist with and attend implementation meetings for new clients
      - Participate in ongoing team meetings and sales training to enhance product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Life and Health Insurance License required, with renewal within the first 60 days if expired
      - Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in group medical benefits sales
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience selling insurance or health plans
      - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce
      - Familiarity with self-funded plans
      - Background in customer service
      - Experience in full-cycle sales
