      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business through the sale of performing rights licenses to music users
      - Identify, research, and pursue new business prospects according to a prescribed workflow
      - Proactively reach out to potential customers and document activity in Salesforce
      - Provide high-level customer care and service to current and prospective licensees
      - Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and productivity standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Cold Calling, and B2B Sales
      - Proactive and highly motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish speaking is a plus
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Experience in the music or entertainment industry
