      How You'll Contribute to Our Success

      As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind Lesaffre's profitable growth across a dynamic portfolio of transactional and mid-tier accounts. Leveraging your exceptional customer engagement skills, you will proactively reach out to clients, uncover new opportunities, and strengthen relationships to expand our footprint. Operating with a nimble, solutions-oriented approach, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an unparalleled customer experience and exceed your ambitious sales goals. By managing a diverse account base, developing strategic account plans, and identifying lucrative cross-sell and upsell prospects, you will play a pivotal role in executing Lesaffre's commercial strategy. Your ability to provide expert product knowledge, support new product launches, and coordinate seamless customer support will accelerate adoption and cement our position as an industry leader.       What You'll do as an Inside Sales Manager
      • Manage a defined portfolio of transactional and inside-managed accounts to drive retention, revenue growth, and increased product adoption
      • Conduct frequent customer touchpoints through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand needs, uncover opportunities, and strengthen relationships
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for order questions, product inquiries, pricing updates, and service coordination
      • Maintain regular communication cadence to ensure proactive issue resolution and ongoing satisfaction
      • Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and profitability within assigned inside-sales territory Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across yeast, sourdough, ingredients, and specialty solutions
      • Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads and opportunities to support sustained growth
      • Qualify inbound leads and convert them to active opportunities, coordinating with field sales as needed
      • Provide accurate product information, application details, and basic troubleshooting in collaboration with technical and innovative teams
      • Support the introduction of new products, programs, and promotions to accelerate adoption
      • Coordinate customer samples, documentation, and follow-up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
      • Partner closely with field sales managers to ensure seamless handoff between inside managed and strategic accounts
      • Work with customer service, logistics, technical teams, and marketing to deliver consistent and customer-centric experience
      • Contribute insights related to customer trends, competitive activity, and product performance
      • Stay informed on baking industry trends, customer dynamics, and competitor developments relevant to transactional accounts
      • Monitor purchase patterns, gaps in ordering, and buying behavior to trigger proactive outreach
      • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate account information, activities, and forecasting
      • Represent Lesaffre with a responsive, solution-oriented, partnership mindset
      • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and work cross-functionally to drive timely resolution of issues
      • Demonstrate resilience, urgency, and accountability in a fast-paced, high-contact environment
      • Other duties as assigned

      Required qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in baking science, food science, business, marketing, or a related field
      • 3 - 7 years of experience sales/account management in ingredients
      • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
