  Appointment Setter - Inbound / Outbound

  Full-Time | Hourly + Incentives

  What You’ll Do

  • Handle 100+ inbound & outbound calls daily
  • Schedule in-home & virtual appointments for our sales teams
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
  • Engage with customers via phone and chat
  • Follow up on leads from web, social, and marketing campaigns
  • Navigate multiple systems (up to 3 at once) while staying organized
  • Track performance using metrics and CRM tools

  What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of call center, inside sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and professional
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Dedicated quiet workspace + reliable high-speed internet
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and multiple shifts
