      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform inbound lead follow-up, including sales qualification and discovery calls
      - Conduct outbound prospecting using multiple communication channels such as email and social media
      - Develop a solid understanding of the product suite to communicate effectively with customers
      - Identify potential new revenue opportunities within the existing customer base and target market
      - Assist Account Managers with business development research and sales administration tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech environment preferred)
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and qualify prospects
      - Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms
      - Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
      - Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

      - Experience supporting sales processes, including CRM data entry and follow-ups
      - Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product value and ROI
      - Strong research and analytical skills to identify customer needs and market opportunities
