      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 150+ calls daily to prospective students, focusing on selling the Health Coach (HCI) course
      - Utilize discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage students effectively
      - Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals
      - Overcome objections and solve prospect concerns to convert warm leads into sales
      - Build rapport and inspire prospective students to take action towards their health and fitness goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume inside sales experience
      - Prior experience with CRM systems
      - Excellent phone-based communication skills
      - Personal passion for fitness and a desire to help others
      - Money motivated with a competitive nature

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
      - Proven track record in phone-based sales
      - Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges
