      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to foster sustainable relationships with prospective residents
      - Utilize a scripted dialogue while adapting to engage effectively with prospects throughout the sales flow
      - Share community differentiators to motivate prospects to advance in the sales cycle
      - Capture and document all conversations and sales activities accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
      - Conduct follow-up communications to remind prospects of scheduled tours and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate / GED Equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
      - Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
      - Minimum of one (1) year sales experience in a contact center environment
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
      - Must have a dedicated, private home office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Senior Living, Multi-Family, or New Home sales
      - Exceptional telephone and selling skills
      - Strong customer focus and adaptability to different prospective resident types
      - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
