What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary support for the Account Executive and Sales team, ensuring accurate customer contracts and updates
- Build and maintain customer relationships through prompt service and troubleshooting assistance
- Input new customer data and sales information into the CRM system
- Generate sales leads from various sources and make outbound follow-up calls to qualify leads
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to address customer requests and improve service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a four-year college or university program certificate (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the ocean shipping or related industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems for data management and lead tracking
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers
- Ability to prepare reports and information for management meetings
