As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing top-notch service to policyholders. Your role will involve sales and service, over Zoom and phone calls. You'll also generate policy quotes and offer advice to new and potential customers, contributing to their financial peace of mind.
We're looking for someone with a knack for building strong client relationships and a background in customer service. If you're ready to make a difference and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Engage with clients over Zoom and phone calls, ensuring each interaction is personalized and impactful.
• Generate accurate policy quotes, providing clients with clear and concise information to aid their decision-making.
• Offer expert advice to new and potential customers, guiding them towards financial peace of mind.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide clients with the most relevant information.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
Qualifications
• Willing to work in a pay-based-on-performance environment. No minimum or maximum goals to meet.
• Flexible schedules, work from home.
• Coachable and willing to get a life and health license within the first 30 days.
