      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead growth efforts in California by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities with insurance carriers and repair shops
      - Execute a localized business development strategy aligned with the employer's overall growth objectives
      - Build and maintain long-term partnerships with carriers, DRPs, and collision repair facilities
      - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure effective execution of local initiatives
      - Provide administrative support to the National Director, including scheduling and preparing reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the insurance or automotive services industries
      - Strong knowledge of California's insurance and collision repair market
      - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
      - Proven ability to drive business growth and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the collision repair industry or direct repair programs (DRPs)
      - Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools
      - Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills
      - Ability to gather market intelligence and competitive insights
