  Position Summary
  
  The Integrated Services Specialist responsibility is to process accurate and timely eligibility into Aetna Systems utilizing Aetna policy guidelines and in accordance with key performance measures and first claim/first call resolution. Provide members with accurate bills, correspondence, ID cards, refunds, and overall eligibility processing.
  Improvement of financial results by reducing losses associated with nonpayment. Ensures collected reconciled dollars are allocated accurately.
  
  This position is part of Service Operations.
  
  Required Qualifications
  • Background in Enrollment and Eligibility and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • General knowledge and understanding of Marketplace Insurance, or exchange business.
  • Word and Excel programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High data integrity and accuracy within processes.
  • Experience with problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Reconciliation processes.
  • 834 file processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  
  Education
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  
  Pay Range
  
  The typical pay range for this role is:
  
  $17.00 - $28.45
  
  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
