What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and oversee the project plan, making updates in collaboration with the management team
- Manage tasks closely for completion and time management
- Gather deliverables and distribute project documents appropriately
- Document information from internal project meetings and identify any gaps or issues in the project
- Provide regular status updates on the implementation and prepare change management communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience as a Project Manager
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oil and gas industry experience
- ERP experience
- Experience with Smartsheets or Microsoft Planner
