What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead interior architecture for multiple high-end projects, integrating spatial planning and materiality from concept to construction administration
- Collaborate with principals, architects, and the interior design team to create cohesive, site-responsive environments
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members while managing simultaneous projects
- Coordinate interior architecture with structural, MEP, lighting, and furniture/furnishings teams
- Utilize Revit and 3D rendering tools for photorealistic visualizations and material representation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture from an accredited university
- 8-10+ years of experience in interior architecture for high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of millwork, finishes, lighting, and spatial detailing
- Proven track record of leading interior architecture through all phases from concept design to construction observation
- Proficiency in Revit and experience with 3D rendering tools such as Twinmotion or Lumion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing and delegating tasks to team members on simultaneous projects
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate design ideas effectively
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in architecture and design
- Previous experience in a mentorship role for junior staff
