      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct compliant sales presentations to enroll prospective members into Medicare plans
      - Ensure the use of only Medicare-approved materials during presentations
      - Facilitate in-person appointments at medical centers or clients' homes
      - Check enrollment paperwork for accuracy and coordinate new members' first visits with their primary care physicians
      - Resolve member inquiries regarding plan benefits and medication copays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience
      - Agent License 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 2-40 (Health), in good standing
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
      - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish or Creole
      - Previous experience in Medicare sales or related fields
      - Strong decision-making and analytical skills
      - Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
      - Experience in customer service roles, particularly with elderly populations
