What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the State Functional Manager and Business Analysts to identify areas for improvement and deliver actionable recommendations
- Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions
- Design self-guiding workflows and user-friendly features to enhance usability in critical areas
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gain insights into South Carolina business processes
- Participate in functional meetings to address user-reported issues and align on project priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 5 years of experience in financial operations such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and reconciliation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workflow design and system enhancement
- At least 5 years of experience conducting stakeholder interviews
- Proficiency in SQL Querying and a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience with Child Support systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Degree in Finance or IT is preferred
