      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Level 2 technical support to CVS Health colleagues and clients, analyzing and resolving escalated technical issues
      - Collaborate closely with leadership, support teams, and Level 1 Helpdesk agents to ensure effective issue resolution
      - Maintain an advanced level of knowledge for supported products and policies
      - Deploy software using automated tools and guide Level 1 Helpdesk agents in their development
      - Exhibit excellent customer service skills while communicating technical information to non-technical audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support and internal business operations
      - Verifiable High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 or more years of management or supervisory experience in coaching, training, and developing staff
      - Self-starter with the ability to perform tasks within tight time constraints
      - Proven excellent customer support skills
