      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first and second-level support, managing ongoing IT operations for global customers
      - Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting users in person, via phone, or through remote support
      - Manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions for secure device deployment
      - Oversee patch management for Windows and MacOS, ensuring timely updates
      - Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clarity and consistency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role
      - Strong experience with Windows 10-11, macOS, Windows Servers (2016-2022), Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365
      - Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows and MacOS environments
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Jira, Confluence, scripting, and/or Linux
      - Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions (MDM), particularly NinjaOne and Kanjdi
