      Job Summary:

      Windsor is looking for a competentHelp desk technicianto provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems and networks. This individual will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them, must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with non-technical customers. The goal is to create value for the company that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.

      Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

      • Serving as the first point of contact for our internal customers (Warehouse and Corporate employees) seeking technical assistance in-person and over email or phone
      • Managing IT inventory which includes receiving, shipping, tracking, organizing, asset management and replenishing equipment
      • Imaging and setting up new users, workstation, peripherals
      • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
      • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
      • Coordinating with store staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues
      • Coordination and constant follow-up with various IT teams and vendors to get the issues/incidents resolved quickly

      Qualifications and Requirements:

      • Proven experience as ahelp desk technicianor other customer support role
      • Warehouse and corporate support experience is a huge plus
      • Experience with Warehouse systems including mobile computers
      • Tech savvy with good knowledge of desktop operating systems like Windows (10 or 11)
      • Excellent understanding of computer systems, desktop hardware, basic networks, phone systems, and other technologies like g-suite, email systems, Wi-Fi, access points etc
      • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
      • Ability to work with ticketing system
      • Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, customer oriented. Spanish a plus!

      Shift:

      • Onsite Mon-Fri 4:00am - 1:00pm (Early Shift)
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
