      Position: IT Help Desk Technician
      Position Location: Willow Springs, Missouri
      Training: Up to 10 weeks in Jasper, IN

      Qualifications:

      • 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment preferred.
      • Ability to respond to customer issues via phone, email, web ticket entry, and face-to-face interactions.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities.
      • Good organizational skills.
      • Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
      • Flexibility to work different shifts.

      Responsibilities:

      • Troubleshoot PCs, printers, iOS devices, thin clients, and network connectivity in office and production environments, as well as for remote associates and branch locations.
      • Manage a ticket queue effectively and provide excellent customer service.
      • General knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 – Windows 11).
      • General knowledge of iOS devices.
      • General knowledge of Microsoft Suite and O365.
      • Document user issues in the ticketing system.
      • Track inventory when replacing parts, hardware, and software licenses.
      • Complete requests in a timely manner to the end user's satisfaction.
      • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours support requests promptly.
      • Escalate requests when additional help is needed.
      • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce non-value-added steps.

      Training Details:

      • Duration: Up to 10 weeks of comprehensive training.
      • Location: Jasper, IN.
      • Content: The training program covers essential technical skills, including troubleshooting PCs, printers, iOS devices, thin clients, and network connectivity. You will also learn to manage ticket queues, provide excellent customer service, and document user issues effectively.
      • Hands-On Experience: Gain practical experience through real-world scenarios and simulations to prepare you for the challenges of the role.
      • Certifications: Opportunity to earn relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
