What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document information about technical issues
- Assist walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries
- Manage assigned tasks and track progress effectively
- Set up and disassemble computer equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records of computer equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills, both digitally and physically
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Willingness to learn and explain basic computer concepts to non-technical individuals
- Basic understanding of computer troubleshooting and familiarity with Mac or Windows devices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience assisting friends or family with computer-related issues
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and manage physical tasks related to equipment setup
