      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, configure, test, and maintain systems, application software, system management tools, and systems integrations
      - Manage user environments, including desktops/laptops, profile management, and software delivery
      - Respond to user inquiries regarding their access to network resources and the operation of various software programs
      - Create and update documentation related to IT systems and procedures
      - Liaise with vendors and coworkers to ensure proper execution of IT-related projects and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a comparable degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in IT Infrastructure, including network, server, and storage administration
      - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft products (Microsoft certification preferred)
      - Experience with Microsoft server operating systems, including 2012, 2019, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
      - Strong knowledge of information security threats, vulnerability management, and operational best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - IT security certification
      - Experience with VMware virtualization and Horizon VDI
      - Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and Mobile Device Management
      - Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
      - Customer-oriented approach with a focus on short response times and adequate solutions
