What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients
- Troubleshoot IT challenges and deliver effective software solutions
- Identify technology needs while balancing support and sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with businesses
- Expand knowledge in an evolving IT environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in MSP/MSSP environments
- 3-5+ years of IT support experience
- 1-2+ years of IT sales experience
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting business clients
- 2-3+ years of remote/hybrid work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AS/BS Degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Fortinet or SonicWALL devices
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
