      The role of the Waste Pro Help Desk Engineer is to deliver an excellent IT support service: ensuring users receive a timely resolution of support requests and benefit from training to enhance their use of IT facilities; assisting with maintenance of networks, key databases and websites; ensuring departmental administration is carried out effectively.

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

      The Waste Pro Help Desk Engineer will:
      * Support Windows Server Exchange Server, Active Directory, Wireless, Networking, Smartphones, Tablets and Printing
      * Support Windows Desktop
      * Support MS Office Suite
      * Support Messaging Clients
      * Support Malware Removal
      * Support Office 365
      * Ticket management
      * Must have solid customer service experience, a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
      * Mobile device setup and support including iPhone, iPad and Android devices

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      * Basic Understanding on Networks (firewall, router, switch, wireless)
      * Understanding of Cloning and Imaging Systems
      * Ability to multitask is a fast paced environment and switch between clients
      * Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
      * Excellent Attention to detail and commitment to following tasks through to completion
      * Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities with effective distribution of time and effort.
      * Ability to work cross functionally within a matrix organization.
      * Working Knowledge of Current Windows Server & Desktop Operating Systems &
      Microsoft Office 365
      * Working Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
      * Working Knowledge of Windows Exchange Server
      * Working Knowledge of networking, IP addressing, Web Browsers, Messaging Clients
      * Working Knowledge of PC Hardware and Diagnoses Issues

      Qualifications

      Education and Experience

      * Minimum of two years of employment experience in a Windows Support Position focused on supporting the Windows Server, Windows Domain, and Windows Desktops
      * BA or equivalent work experience /IT degree preferred. A+ / Network + Certification a plus.

      * Will need to function in diversity of settings that include facilities, equipment yards, landfills, recycling centers, transfer stations, and residential / commercial areas.
      * Able to climb in and out of equipment.
      * Valid Driver's License

      WORK ENVIRONMENT:

      * Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
      * May require up to 20% travel
