- Deliver high quality recruiting core services and talent programs for the IT division by leveraging recruiting talent to cost-effectively meet the business need.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, build hiring strategies, manage delivery of hiring targets, and drive recruiting metrics & reporting for IT division.
- Partner with IT business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, skill gaps and future talent trends.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver a top-tier hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Develop direct reports into Talent Acquisition Consultants, ensuring team members are performing optimally through guidance on career growth, performance reviews and continuous feedback while providing mentorship and guidance to the broader recruiting team.
- Set team performance goals and metrics, complete with timelines and processes to measure and manage progress toward goals.
- Monitor quality of recruiting activities for areas of responsibility through regular interaction with direct reports.
- Track metrics and pipeline activity for hiring progress and lead reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Innovate and build strong talent pipelines from a variety of creative resources.
- Lead team to leverage recruitment marketing techniques to develop sourcing strategy, use campaign performance data to determine source and requisition effectiveness, and create job postings that are engaging and built for search optimization.
- Develop consultative relationship with senior business leaders.
- Strategy development for current and future workforce needs of the business through deep metrics analysis, business, and industry intelligence.
- Network to ensure recruiting operations are in line with industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by building the IT candidate experience, improving reporting and analytics relative to IT, and providing competitor intelligence.
- Recruit for complex, highly technical, senior management roles and executive roles.
- Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition program and process re-designs and may lead Talent program efforts outside of the department/division.
- Accountable for team compliance with recruiting processes and controls.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with TA peers to drive alignment, share best practices, and foster a cohesive TA function.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years recruiting experience
- 4+ years managing recruiting teams
- Experience recruiting for/and or leading recruiting teams for IT/technical roles.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, recruitment analytics, MS office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance long term strategy with near term execution.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
- Proven track record of inspiring and motivating high performing recruiting teams, fostering engagement and accountability.
- Strong prioritization and delegation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with professionalism, discretion and influence.
- Professional certification (PHR/SPHR, etc.)
- Experience leading IT Recruiting teams in a corporate environment.
- Interest in serving as a versatile utility player in the recruiting space, flexibly supporting and adapting to the needs of various teams if needs arise
- Ability to create a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe environment, demonstrating authenticity and fostering trust to inspire and empower team members and colleagues.
