What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide tools and pipelines for the organization
- Architect and administer solutions that support Oracle, SQL, and other critical enterprise tools
- Provide centralized shared services and ensure efficient enterprise delivery through CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain reliable performance, scalability, and standardization for all supported platforms
- Collaborate with state agencies to support their business operations through various IT services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 21 semester credits in relevant fields such as computer science or IT project management
- Minimum of three years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11
- Experience with enterprise tool management and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently
- Strong problem-solving skills in architecting solutions for complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Azure DevOps and DevSecOps/DevOps frameworks
- Familiarity with change management processes in large organizations
- Previous roles as a technical leader providing oversight to project teams
- Background in application programming or information technology technician roles
- Additional certifications in relevant IT fields
