What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist account managers with daily administration of multiple books of business
- Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents and adapt to their unique styles
- Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively
- Organize data and documents effectively using Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with team members and adapt quickly to new situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active P&C license or ability to obtain one prior to starting
- Prior experience in customer success or a related role
- Basic knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in commercial insurance or related field
