Job Overview
As a Junior Account Manager, you will support the Client Service team in day-to-day collaboration with clients, with a particular focus on the Italian market. Your responsibilities will include coordination of sales presentations and materials preparation , as well as coordinating the creation of sales assets across channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and client management.
Responsibilities• Coordinate the creation, design, and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and internal communication materials for Sales teams in Italy.
• Manage the production of sales assets for e-commerce and AFH (Away From Home) channels, working closely with internal creative and production teams.
• Ensure all briefs include the necessary technical specifications to kick off production smoothly.
• Support day-to-day client communication, including managing emails, capturing meeting notes, and providing status updates.
• Monitor feedback from end users of deliverables and act on insights to improve output. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain well-organized project documentation and ensure consistent version control. Track and report on project metrics, such as volume of requests, time spent, and changes versus plan.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and digital asset management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client materials.
Qualifications• Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken) – this is a mandatory requirement.
• Solid working knowledge of PowerPoint (min intermediate); experience in building client-facing presentations.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and motion graphics tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly responsive and proactive, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in digital marketing, brand communication, and sales enablement.The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab.
