- Preferably, possess an MBO/HBO degree, especially in Event Management or with a background in Hotel School.
- Possess a substantial amount of experience in Events, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
- Show strong skills in managing the logistical aspects of food and beverages in upscale events.
- Demonstrate your ability to lead operational teams and handle interactions with stakeholders.
- Embrace a service-oriented mindset and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing event needs.
- Fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in the Dutch language is preferred.
