In this role, you'll take the lead in sales and event execution, including food and beverages. Your mission?   Take the reins of the entire sales process, from meticulously planning to flawlessly executing events. As the captain of our operational team during events, you'll expertly navigate stakeholder coordination and exhibit your prowess in F&B logistics within the upscale event environment.   Your role also demands outstanding communication and organizational skills, which you'll leverage to orchestrate flawless event execution. Stay at the forefront of F&B trends, beer materials, and the technical aspects of bars to continually enhance our event offerings. And if you bring prior sales experience, your ability to apply sales principles and competitive knowledge will undoubtedly elevate the success of our events.   What experience will set you up for success?

  • Preferably, possess an MBO/HBO degree, especially in Event Management or with a background in Hotel School.
  • Possess a substantial amount of experience in Events, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
  • Show strong skills in managing the logistical aspects of food and beverages in upscale events.
  • Demonstrate your ability to lead operational teams and handle interactions with stakeholders.
  • Embrace a service-oriented mindset and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing event needs.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in the Dutch language is preferred.
