      The Junior Named Account Manager (Jr. NAM) position is an exciting and critical position within Continuant. The Jr. NAM acts as the bridge between service desk and Senior Account Managers, allowing them to focus on renewals and account growth for nationwide enterprise level accounts.

      Job Duties:

      • Oversee case management for customer accounts and collaborate with Account Manager on business opportunities relevant to each account.
      • Interpret customer contracts and prepare summaries of billable work for the customer and Accounting team.
      • Assist Named Account Managers in gathering information for contract renewals.
      • Demonstrate high level of Business to Business communication skills and develop a clear understanding of customer business and company objectives.
      • Serve as the interface between customers and other departments to ensure projects are completed timely.
      • Represent the Account Manager during internal or customer calls if conflicts arise.
      • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.

      Qualifications


      Requirements:

      • 2 - 3 Years of B2B Customer Service experience. A telecommunications background is a plus but not required.
      • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience handling customer accounts.
      • Experience reading contracts and deciphering billable materials.
      • Experience which demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization and strategic planning skills.
      • Innovative verbal and written communication skills which demonstrate techniques in conflict resolution, customer service and sales skills.
      • Exceptional skills in multi-tasking, accuracy, customer service, decision making, organization and communication.
      • Advanced Skills in SharePoint and MS 365 Applications, including research and presentation programs.
