Demonstrated results in driving growth and managing organizational change in complex international structures.
Track record of delivering on strategic sales, innovation, and sustainability roadmaps for international companies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take on new challenges and risks.
Experience managing accounts with a commercial value of € 20 million or more.
Strong project management skills, focusing on project delivery and commercial considerations, including contract negotiations and handling escalations.
Mental agility and flexibility to navigate complex stakeholder interactions.

About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial strategy for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include leading a team , defining and managing key account plans, monitoring progress against targets, and implementing strategies to achieve performance goals. You will lead key accounts, focusing on customer retention and development, and drive sales and margin growth through a value-added approach. Additionally, you will engage with customers to support sales and strategically develop significant cross-country accounts. Leveraging your expertise and market insights, you will explore all potential business development opportunities to maximize sales and profit. Your role is crucial in fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
This role offers an ideal balance, with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Budapest, Hungary, with frequent travel to be expected .
