      Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in the United States. This is a remote position.

      The role:

      You will partner with the VP, US Key Accounts on setting and achieving targets, ensuring the continued development of Clarins USA Sales teams, and managing designated retailer groups. You will play a key role in delivering net results while also managing digital activations, partnering cross-functionally on product launches, national activities, and more.

      What you’ll do:

      In an environment where beauty continues to be fast-paced and customers are a top priority, you will be integral in leading the business for a specific retailer to achieve or exceed targets. You will collaborate with us to ensure that we are delivering strong activations, building robust plans that drive sales, ensuring healthy stock, and monitoring both the store and digital landscapes in order to identify best practices.

      • Partner with VP, US Key Accounts on setting and achieving the annual net and retail targets for the designated retailer group and on the creation and execution of a business plan that will ensure the continued development of Clarins USA Sales teams (specifically the designated retailer group).
      • Develop and maintain close professional working relationships with the Buying and Planning teams for the designated retailer groups that will promote Clarins Brands as the preferred brand partner, ensuring a commercial relationship that is built based on mutual respect and results. Actively participate in regular business meetings with designated retailer groups to plan, review and revise business plans to drive execution and deliver net and retail targets.
      • Utilize the statistical information available to secure adequate stock to support basic sales, new product launches, national activities, exclusive promotions and events for the designated retailer. Act as a liaison to the field by supplying retailer specific information, promotional sales performance results, promotional store execution directives.
      • Lead digital activations in partnership with Key Account Directors. Demonstrate an understanding of dotcom marketing levers and merchandising strategies to build robust activation plans that drive sales. Monitor the digital landscape and identify best practices to foster new ideas.
      • Develop dotcom sample strategy in alignment with retailer needs to drive acquisition, conversion, and increase AOV. Manage the process from ideation and forecasting to implementation and analysis. Monitor budget to ensure programs are within targets.

      You have:

      • Bachelor’s Degree.
      • 5 years of prior sales and buying experience.
      • Previous experience in beauty is a plus.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
      • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasker, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
      • Proficiency in MS Office and all general computer skills; Excel level advanced.
      • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations based on analysis.
      • Understanding of ROI used to impact future planning.
      • An understanding of digital commerce.
      • Occasional travel required (approximately 10%).

      Salary: $77,400 - $96,800
