- Independent support and maintenance of the existing customer base
- Regular customer visits
- Monitoring of existing contracts (account management)
- Profit-oriented implementation of the sales and marketing strategy/goals
- Further development of the brand
- Ongoing market analysis and preparation of this information (competitors, products, customer structures)
- Creating potential analyzes including the identification of new business areas and measures derived from them (acquiring new customers)
- Price calculation and strategic pricing
- Professional experience in technical sales in a manufacturing sector
- Willingness to travel, (local and international)
- Knowledge of selling industrial products, preferably technical ceramics
- Ideally a degree in a relevant field of study (materials science, engineering, manufacturing, etc.)
- French, English languages skills with German beneficial.
- Insulators and insulation for high temperature applications
- Insulators for High-Voltage applications and, using our charge dissipative coating technology, tailored surface resistivities
- Wear-resistant components for the manufacturing industry
- Precise components for medical technology
Overview
Our Key Account Managers are responsible for maximizing sales with existing customers. You also generate sales growth and earnings with new customers in our target markets.
