      Overview

      Our Key Account Managers are responsible for maximizing sales with existing customers. You also generate sales growth and earnings with new customers in our target markets.

      In this role, you report to the Sales Manager in Erlangen

      Responsibilities

      What you like to do

      • Independent support and maintenance of the existing customer base
      • Regular customer visits
      • Monitoring of existing contracts (account management)
      • Profit-oriented implementation of the sales and marketing strategy/goals
      • Further development of the brand
      • Ongoing market analysis and preparation of this information (competitors, products, customer structures)
      • Creating potential analyzes including the identification of new business areas and measures derived from them (acquiring new customers)
      • Price calculation and strategic pricing

      Qualifications

      Your Profile

      • Professional experience in technical sales in a manufacturing sector
      • Willingness to travel, (local and international)
      • Knowledge of selling industrial products, preferably technical ceramics
      • Ideally a degree in a relevant field of study (materials science, engineering, manufacturing, etc.)
      • French, English languages skills with German beneficial.
